1. Return Period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by its packaging and accessories (box, certificate, etc.).
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged , except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact us : Send an email to contact@sarabelliti.com with your order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Wait for our confirmation : Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Send the product : Return the product in secure packaging to the address indicated in our confirmation.
4. Return Costs
- Returns in Europe : Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
- Returns outside Europe : Return costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure receipt of your return.
5. Condition of Returned Products
All returned products will be subject to quality control:
- If the product is accepted, we will proceed with a refund or exchange according to your request.
- If the product is deemed non-compliant (worn, damaged, or incomplete), we will not be able to process the return, and it will be sent back to you.

- Refunds are made to the same payment method used when ordering, within 14 working days after receipt and validation of the return.
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
