1. Manufacturing Time
As our jewelry is custom-made, the manufacturing time is 3 to 5 weeks . This time may vary depending on the complexity of the order, but we strive to respect it as best we can.
2. Delivery Options
- Delivery in Europe : Free for all orders.
- International Delivery (outside Europe) : €30 for all orders to countries outside Europe.
3. Delivery Time
After the manufacture of your jewel, the estimated delivery time is:
- Europe : 3 to 7 working days.
- International : 7 to 14 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and possible delays due to carriers or customs. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. We work with reliable carriers to ensure the safety of your delivery.
5. Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide. However, if you reside in an area where we do not currently ship, please feel free to contact us at contact@sarabelliti.com to check your options.
6. Customs Fees and Taxes
Customs fees and other possible taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the Customer and will be calculated at the time of shipping.
- Customs : Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the price of the order.
7. Changes to Delivery Address
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sarabelliti.com . We will do our best to make the change before your order is shipped. However, once the shipment has been made, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
8. Delivery and Delays
Sara Belliti cannot be held responsible for delays or problems with shipping once the package has been shipped. Delays may be due to factors beyond our control, such as strikes, bad weather or customs checks. We recommend that customers contact the carrier directly in the event of a delay.
9. Damaged or Unreceived Packages
If you receive a damaged package or do not receive your order within the specified time, please contact us immediately at contact@sarabelliti.com . We will investigate the situation and take appropriate action. If necessary, we will open a claim with the carrier.
